Position Overview:
Lancet General Hospital is seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Marketing Officer and CPD Program Officer to join our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Medical General Practitioner with a passion for healthcare marketing and a strong understanding of continuing professional development (CPD) programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and CPD programs.
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to enhance the hospital’s online presence.
- Coordinate events and training sessions, including workshops and seminars for healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content that communicates our services and initiatives effectively.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust as necessary.
- Maintain strong communication with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to strengthen relationships and support initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (General Practitioner)
- Proven experience in marketing, particularly in healthcare settings
- Strong skills in social media management, SEO, and digital marketing
- Experience in coordinating events and training programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
